Signs of Algorithm delivers an engaging blend of melodic but fist-in-glove metalcore, effortlessly combining unfiltered aggression with atmospheric depth. This Belgian band has been active for over a decade but full-lengths have been few and far between. Their debut ‘Harbinger’ dropped in 2016 to critical acclaim, opening doors at home and abroad. Since then they’ve been a staple on the European metal scene, culminating in performances at such festivals as Metaldays, GMM and Alcatraz. Following the Skincrawler Tour, the pandemic forced the band into hiding but in 2024 they resurfaced and started work on their sophomore outing ‘Sunchaser’, which offers a volatile but perfectly balanced mix of deathcore and metalcore. After more than a decade and several hundred shows, Signs of Algorithm continues to push the boundaries of the metalcore genre.
