Nevermore has a turbulent history. Internal tensions led to a break in 2011, eventually splitting the band into two camps.
It seemed like the end of Nevermore, until the tragic news in 2017 when singer Warrel Dane passed away, making a full reunion forever impossible. But nothing stops these true metal warriors. Early 2025, Loomis (lead guitar) and Williams (drums) announced reunion plans — of course without the late Dane but also without bassist Sheppard, which caused mixed reactions among fans. Still, Loomis shows his commitment by leaving Arch Enemy in 2024 to fully focus on the reunion with Nevermore. With a new vocalist and bassist, the band is now ready to bring their legendary sound back to the stage. And yes, in 2026, they’ll play our festival for the first time. Get ready for technically virtuosic riffs and a hefty dose of nostalgia - Nevermore is back!
