Since their 2005 debut, Heidevolk has conquered stages worldwide with their unique brand of folk metal. Dual vocals, infectious melodies and traditional instruments shape their fiery sound.

After five years of silence following ‘Vuur van Verzet’ (2018), the band returned with their seventh album: ‘Wederkeer’ (2023), a concept record steeped in myths, nature and legends of the Veluwe. The band invites listeners to step back from the relentless flood of media and stimuli, to reflect, discover who we are and what drives us. With violins, cello, and bukkehorns, they deliver a glorious, bombastic style of their own. Good news for fans: in 2026 a new album is expected, brimming with pagan power!
